World AI X ("World AI X", "we", "us") operates this website to describe our company, our World AI OS platform, our Discovery Sprint programme and related services, and to let you contact us. Content is provided for general information.

No advice and no engagement

Nothing on the website is legal, financial, tax, security or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Reading the website, submitting a form or speaking with us does not create a client relationship or any obligation to provide services. An engagement exists only when both parties sign a written agreement that sets out scope, fees and terms. Any conversation before that is introductory.

Case studies, figures and forward-looking statements

Case studies and articles describe work for specific organisations at specific times. Results such as time saved, cost reduced or accuracy achieved were measured in those contexts and depend on factors including data, processes, people and governance. They are not guarantees or predictions of results for you. Articles may cite third-party research; we do not control it and do not warrant its accuracy. Statements about products, capabilities or plans may change without notice.

Intellectual property

The website, including its text, design, graphics, logos, diagrams, software and the World AI X, World AI OS, Brain, Studio, Factory and Control names, belongs to World AI X or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify clients, partners or sources. They do not imply endorsement.

You may view the website, and print or share individual pages or articles for personal or internal business use, provided you keep attribution and do not alter the content. Any other use, including reproduction, scraping, republication or use of the content to train machine-learning models, needs our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website unlawfully or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems, or probe, scan or test their security;
• introduce malware, or overload or disrupt the website, including by automated means;
• use automated tools to scrape or copy the website at scale;
• submit false, misleading or another person's information, or use the contact form to send spam or unsolicited promotions;
• misrepresent your affiliation with us.

Information you submit

When you contact us you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Do not send confidential, regulated or sensitive data through the website or contact form. We will handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, information you send us is not treated as confidential, and you grant us permission to use feedback or ideas you submit to improve our services without obligation to you.

Third-party links and services

The website links to and embeds third-party services such as World AI University, Calendly, Typeform, LinkedIn and X. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy or completeness of content. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, World AI X, its affiliates, directors, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the website or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to CAD 100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits consumer rights that cannot be waived.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify World AI X against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and suspension

We may change the website, these terms or any content at any time, and may suspend or restrict access without notice. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and World AI X submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect our intellectual property. Mandatory consumer or data-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.

General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the website. You may not assign them without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. Where we publish these terms in more than one language, the English version prevails if they differ.
